Description

The FPM system is designed to collect non-explosive and chemically non-aggressive dry dust produced during various industrial processes. Its high-efficiency separation capability allows clean air to be returned to the production area, depending on the process type.

The filter unit consists of a filter base with dust collection drawers, a filter cartridge chamber, and a compressed air cartridge cleaning chamber. The exhaust fan can be mounted on top of the unit (with or without a noise-proof enclosure) or placed separately beside the filter unit.

The modular construction of the FPM system allows for custom configurations to meet specific application needs and installation site conditions. The modular parts are powder-coated and galvanised for corrosion protection, with an antistatic coating available as an option. The system uses cartridge filters, with selection based on the type of air pollutant and airflow capacity to ensure adequate filtration.

While the FPM system is primarily designed for welding smoke, metal and plastic cutting, and grinding, it is suitable for many other industrial dry dust applications.
