The Crawlair Mobile cartridge filter is specifically designed for the extraction and filtration of dry impurities, such as fumes and dust, produced during various industrial processes. This includes welding, grinding, polishing, and cutting metals or plastics.
The Crawlair M features a multi-stage filtration system, beginning with a metal mesh spark trap pre-filter that effectively captures larger particles and sparks. Following this, two high-efficiency polyester filter cartridges, which boast a 99% filtration efficiency for particles as small as 1 micron, ensure thorough air purification. These cartridges are maintained using a built-in manual compressed air cleaning system, with an optional timer-controlled feature and a 10-liter tank for convenience.
The unit’s mobility is enhanced by its large rear wheels, two swivel casters with brakes, and a pull handle, making it easy to maneuver around the workspace. For at-source fume capture, the Crawlair M is compatible with Oskar 160 fume arm models or Econ 160 hose arms. Additionally, it includes a front air inlet that allows for connections to other production equipment, providing versatile application options.
Optional features for the Crawlair unit include an automatic start/stop function and an LED light for Oskar fume arms, enhancing operational efficiency and visibility. These features make the Crawlair M a highly effective and user-friendly solution for maintaining clean air in industrial environments.
